Book Decription: Original dark blue cover with embossed gilt design on spine, front and back cover, all edges gilt. Fourteen orginal designs by Schmolze, engraved on steel by Greatbach and others. Very good condition. Binding is tight, edges lightly rubbed. Elegant owner inscription on ff endpaper dated Christmas 1860, endpapers have tanned, light foxing throughout. A very nice copy.
